What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives and support the development and closing of client engagements.
• Design frameworks, solutions, recommendations, toolkits, and best-practice materials for retail and consumer goods clients.
• Build actionable insights to improve client profitability, portfolio growth, customer experience, loyalty, and digital payments performance.
• Analyze large industry and hirify.global datasets to identify patterns, diagnose business problems, and formulate recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and global regional teams to deliver client projects.
• Develop enduring strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience based on an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, business analytics, or a strategic retail role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience deriving insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience with retail operations, customer experience, digital transformation, payment systems, loyalty programs, or digital commerce.
