Location: Hybrid work in Gdańsk, Poznań, or Warszawa, Poland; office and home working are available after onboarding.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery quality.
• Design and organize effective solution delivery models.
• Lead teams developing and maintaining BI, big data, data warehouse, and cloud data solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with external clients and guide project partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and assign employees to projects based on their experience and competencies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading development teams or managing IT projects in complex environments.
• Experience working with external clients.
• Strong teamwork, open-mindedness, and honesty.
• Good command of English or German is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model connected to the Gdańsk, Poznań, or Warszawa office.
