Focus on integrating digital innovations (RPA, AI, process mining), ensuring compliance (SOX, GDPR, ESG reporting), and leading cross-functional adoption in a matrix environment.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end global Requisition to Pay process strategy aligned with corporate objectives, including standardization and harmonization across regions.
  • Lead transformation programs and integrate digital innovations (ERP migrations, RPA, AI, process mining) into the core process strategy.
  • Set global performance metrics, targets, and value realization frameworks; drive cost optimization, efficiency, cycle time reduction, and service quality.
  • Build governance and risk management for end-to-end compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ESG reporting), including escalation and change control.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders; run global process councils/forums to drive alignment and adoption across business units, IT, and shared services.
  • Develop a global process network (Regional Process Owners, Local Leaders, SMEs) and foster continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in global process management, transformation, or GBS leadership roles.
  • Experience as a process owner for procure to pay / requisition to pay, including knowledge of source to pay.
  • Experience in multinational corporations or large matrixed organizations (5B+ revenue).
  • Expertise with ERP (SAP, Oracle), BPM tools, automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and analytics (PowerBI, Celonis), plus compliance and related process tooling.
  • Executive presence to influence at board/senior leadership level and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English.
