What you will do

• Lead the organization and delivery of training sessions for global finance teams to ensure maximum engagement.
• Design and own SAP finance training programs and requirements in partnership with CFOs and global experts.
• Administer SharePoint and other knowledge management systems to keep content precise and up to date.
• Analyze data requirements and develop Power BI dashboards to report insights to stakeholders.
• Drive a Continuous Improvement culture by leading workshops and implementing process optimizations.
• Independently manage moderate-risk ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the finance department.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Accounting (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent).
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• English: Proficient written and spoken skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).
• High level of business maturity to interact with senior management on a global scale.
