TL;DR
Talent Coach (Performance Management): Coaching distributed technical talent to resolve performance and communication issues, improve project outcomes, and maintain high service quality with an accent on individualized feedback, talent development, and data-informed decision-making. Focus on designing actionable improvement plans, reviewing performance evidence, delivering coaching sessions and workshops, and scaling effective coaching processes across a global talent network.
Location: Remote; candidates must be based in Central America, South America, or Eastern Europe. Visa sponsorship or assistance is not provided. Communication and resumes must be submitted in English.

What you will do
- Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching and actionable guidance on project management, communication, and professional conduct.
- Investigate performance history, review interview recordings, and ensure talent compliance with platform rules.
- Deliver webinars, group coaching sessions, interview preparation, and other talent development activities.
- Evaluate and prioritize coaching requests using available data and strategic guidelines.
- Document coaching activity, measure impact, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop expertise in complex productivity and performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in performance management, in-house coaching, or HR business partner roles.
- Exceptional customer-centric communication skills across video, Slack, and email.
- Ability to conduct objective feedback sessions and translate complex feedback into clear, actionable plans.
- Strong decision-making, resourcefulness, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Must be based in Central America, South America, or Eastern Europe; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

- Experience working with technical talent such as developers or designers.
- Understanding of technical skill sets.
