TL;DR

Talent Performance & Development Coach (HR/Workforce Management): Managing a portfolio of top-tier talent to drive engagement, retention, and growth with an accent on performance coaching and operational excellence. Focus on delivering a white-glove experience, facilitating upskilling programs, and ensuring high satisfaction metrics for remote teams.

Location: Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines. Core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of remote talent.
  • Track individual performance metrics, KPIs, and NPS scores.
  • Develop and facilitate tailored upskilling programs and onboarding bootcamps.
  • Proactively address performance or engagement issues to reduce churn.
  • Document communications, development plans, and attendance in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with client success teams to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or workforce operations.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams or portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion, and Hubspot.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to international talent operations or remote workforce management.
  • Knowledge of Airtable and learning management platforms.
