TL;DR
Talent Performance & Development Coach (Talent Management): Managing a portfolio of high-performing remote talent and building tailored coaching and upskilling programs with an accent on engagement, retention, performance metrics, and professional development. Focus on identifying performance risks, tracking KPIs and NPS, coordinating with client success teams, and driving continuous talent growth.
Location: Fully remote for candidates based in LATAM or the Philippines; core hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of talent and build strong relationships through regular check-ins, coaching, and guidance.
- Track performance metrics, KPIs, NPS scores, attendance, PTO, risk levels, and development plans.
- Develop tailored upskilling programs and facilitate onboarding bootcamps and training sessions.
- Identify and proactively address performance, engagement, and retention risks.
- Capture referrals, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate escalations with client success teams.
- Contribute to client retention, talent growth, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or workforce operations.
- Experience managing high-performing teams or talent portfolios.
- Experience with performance tracking, coaching, and professional development programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for remote teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion, and HubSpot.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Exposure to international talent operations or remote workforce management.
- Knowledge of HR technology platforms, CRM systems, Airtable, performance dashboards, or learning management platforms.
