What you will do

• Resolve IT service desk tickets and document solutions in the knowledge base.
• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
• Maintain manufacturing and distribution hardware including barcode readers, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues in collaboration with Managed Services.
• Triage incoming tickets and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in an IT/IS related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in service desk and desktop support.
• 2+ years of experience in IT device problem solving and hardware repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and account management.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
