What you will do
- Resolve IT service desk tickets and document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with IT desktop deployments and computer imaging activities.
- Maintain manufacturing and distribution hardware including barcode readers, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 operating system issues in collaboration with Managed Services.
- Triage incoming tickets and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in an IT/IS related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in service desk and desktop support.
- 2+ years of experience in IT device problem solving and hardware repair.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and account management.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
