What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support for end users and office technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows-based devices.
• Install, configure, and relocate IT equipment.
• Support office peripherals such as printers, monitors, and docking stations.
• Perform equipment setup, moves, and basic cabling work.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support or field service experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows devices and common office peripherals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently.
• Comfort performing hands-on technical tasks, including equipment moves, installations, and basic cabling.
• Ability to work on site in Decatur, United States.
