PR / External Communications Manager

Location: Worldwide; fully remote

What you will do

• Execute PR and external communications initiatives that strengthen product reputation and brand awareness.
• Develop and launch viral PR campaigns, PR materials, articles, thought leadership content, and executive communications.
• Manage online reputation through paid placements, SERM initiatives, branded search monitoring, and user reviews.
• Build the public image of C-level executives by preparing content and coordinating media opportunities.
• Coordinate PR agencies, external vendors, and freelance contractors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Legal, and other stakeholders on events, reputation management, and crisis communications.

Requirements

• Experience in PR, external communications, corporate communications, or reputation management.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of SERM and online reputation management practices.
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience creating SEO-driven content.
• Basic understanding of crisis and issues communications.
