Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Bacs (UK) and SEPA (EU) Direct Debit rails.
• Lead the development of Open Banking payment initiation and account information services.
• Drive agile delivery with cross-functional squads including engineering, design, and data.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to PSD2, PSD3, and GDPR.
• Embed AI tools into the product lifecycle to synthesize data and prototype flows.
• Monitor product health via transaction volumes, failure rates, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Bacs Direct Debit and SEPA payment rails.
• Demonstrated experience building Open Banking PIS/AIS products.
• Fluency in PSD2, PSD3, and UK Open Banking regulatory frameworks.
• Must have full working rights in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong commercial instinct with experience in pricing models and revenue forecasting.
