What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle of the Card Issuing product line from 0-to-1 through to scaling.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and commercial models including unit economics.
• Lead product discovery and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Influence decision-making across the organization using data-driven insights and structured thinking.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, or Spain.
• Proven experience building and scaling fintech products, specifically in Card Issuing.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L responsibility and unit economics.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, technology, and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments.
• Experience with blockchain-based products or crypto.
• Exposure to international payments and multi-currency products.
• Understanding of operational elements like risk, fraud, and support.
