Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the Card Issuing product line with an accent on commercial strategy, unit economics, and scaling from MVP to a high-volume platform. Location: Must be based in the UK, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, or Spain (Hybrid role).
Salary: €90,000–€130,000 EUR

What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle of the Card Issuing product line from 0-to-1 through to scaling.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and commercial models including unit economics.
- Lead product discovery and translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Influence decision-making across the organization using data-driven insights and structured thinking.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, or Spain.
- Proven experience building and scaling fintech products, specifically in Card Issuing.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L responsibility and unit economics.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, technology, and regulatory frameworks.
- Track record of operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth fintech or startup environments.
- Experience with blockchain-based products or crypto.
- Exposure to international payments and multi-currency products.
- Understanding of operational elements like risk, fraud, and support.
