Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and socialize the product strategy for in-person payments to enable an end-to-end omnichannel experience.
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap with well-framed problem statements, customer outcomes, and success metrics.
• Lead customer, partner, and market discovery across regions to validate needs and inform launch approaches.
• Partner with engineering to shape solution design, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, finance, and legal teams to design for safety and operational readiness.
• Drive launch readiness and adoption through commercial and marketing alignment, including pricing and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex payments products end-to-end.
• Deep familiarity with in-person or card-present payments and their interaction with digital channels.
• Proven experience as a 0-to-1 builder comfortable with ambiguity and incremental delivery.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and shape priorities based on insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex topics.
• Must be based in London and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
