TL;DR
Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling in-person payment capabilities to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience with an accent on 0-to-1 product strategy and cross-functional execution. Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do
- Define and socialize the product strategy for in-person payments to enable an end-to-end omnichannel experience.
- Translate strategy into a clear roadmap with well-framed problem statements, customer outcomes, and success metrics.
- Lead customer, partner, and market discovery across regions to validate needs and inform launch approaches.
- Partner with engineering to shape solution design, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, finance, and legal teams to design for safety and operational readiness.
- Drive launch readiness and adoption through commercial and marketing alignment, including pricing and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex payments products end-to-end.
- Deep familiarity with in-person or card-present payments and their interaction with digital channels.
- Proven experience as a 0-to-1 builder comfortable with ambiguity and incremental delivery.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and shape priorities based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex topics.
- Must be based in London and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
