What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of the origination funnel, specifically for direct lending.
• Define the product roadmap and oversee delivery in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Design hypothesis-driven tests and iterate quickly based on data-driven outcomes.
• Integrate AI tools to automate manual workflows and accelerate team decision-making.
• Partner with design teams to ensure customer-centric product development.
• Collaborate with third parties to maintain best-in-market product standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for independent data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Strong bias for action and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Ability to break down complex business problems into manageable deliverables.
