Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, managing outcomes, metrics, and a prioritized backlog.
• Shape technical designs focusing on money-movement correctness, idempotency, ledgering, and scalability.
• Manage regulated constraints as first-class inputs, including KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and data residency.
• Integrate AI/LLMs into the product, defining evaluation metrics and ensuring human-in-the-loop reliability.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance.
• Ship features against external regulatory gates and partner requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of system design (APIs, queues, workflows, consistency under concurrency).
• Experience in regulated, high-consequence domains like payments, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and framing features for evaluation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office (Hybrid).

• Engineer or highly-technical PM background.
• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
• Experience in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
