What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for a core area of the platform from 0 to scale.
• Transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, AI-powered user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship high-impact products rapidly.
• Define clear priorities, metrics, and direction in alignment with GTM teams.
• Partner directly with CFOs and finance teams to uncover user insights and shape automation.
• Make high-quality decisions balancing velocity, precision, and impact.

Requirements

• Multi-disciplinary experience in product, engineering, or design within high-growth SaaS and AI startups.
• Ability to translate product vision and customer requirements into actionable engineering guidance.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication at both leadership and delivery levels.
• Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Strong analytical instincts and structured, systems-oriented thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B fintech, accounting, or payments.
• Exposure to data-heavy products or ML-powered workflows.
• Background as a founder or operator at an early-stage startup.
• Management consulting experience (MBB or equivalent).
• Technical fluency in APIs and workflows.
