Quality Manager (Nuclear)

What you will do

• Lead pre-outage quality planning, including risk identification, documentation preparation, and site setup.
• Improve outage surveillance, manage non-conformance resolution, and lead post-outage lessons learned.
• Build quality dashboards, manage internal action plans, and coordinate strategic quality forums.
• Assess supplier risks and define inspection and test plans, surveillance strategies, witness schedules, and supplier inspections.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using 8D, A3, 5 Why, and FMEA methods.
• Ensure nuclear safety, traceability, and final documentation requirements are met while coaching other Project Quality Managers.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of industrial quality experience, preferably in nuclear, construction, mining, or energy.
• Experience with NEC3 standards and large-scale industrial quality environments.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience or relevant qualifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness and ability to obtain required security clearance and complete baseline personnel security checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in outage planning and field services quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with Lean, FMEA, 8D, A3, and 5 Why tools.
• Supplier management and inspection planning experience.
