What you will do

• Develop and implement the overall QA/QC strategy and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the project lifecycle.
• Define and standardize QA/QC processes, procedures, templates, and reporting structures.
• Manage QA/QC documentation and ensure alignment between design, procurement, and installation phases.
• Lead site inspections, structured walkdowns, and the full snagging process to identify and resolve defects.
• Develop and manage the EPC document control system to ensure version control and auditability.
• Compile project turnover packs to ensure a seamless and compliant handover to O&M.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Engineering within project environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Proven experience managing ITPs, inspection regimes, and document control in EPC environments.
• Expertise in snagging, non-conformance management, and root cause analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
