What you will do

• Provide overall program leadership for five contractor teams and serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, communication processes, and performance-management frameworks.
• Ensure all work is planned and performed within approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels, security clearances, and employee performance.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of all contractual deliverables and management reports.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of experience in technical direction and project management.
• At least three years of supervisory experience and five years in change management.
• Must be available to work during USCG ALC Eastern Time core operating hours.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary Federal IT workforces.
• Knowledge of NIST, RMF, STIG, and Section 508 requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and IT service-management platforms.
• Familiarity with firm-fixed-price service contracts and CPARS.
