Salary: $120,000–$159,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic initiatives from concept through execution and measurement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, operations, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment.
• Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies for smooth adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Deliver status reports, dashboards, and business impact summaries to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of program management experience in a strategic or cross-functional capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex initiatives on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
• Ability to influence and drive decision-making across senior stakeholders.
