What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions across Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management.
• Define inventory processes covering item creation, transactions, warehouse management, lot and serial traceability, and multi-organization operations.
• Design manufacturing workflows for work orders, routings, work definitions, resource management, and discrete or mixed-mode manufacturing.
• Implement cost roll-ups, allocations, variance analysis, subcontracting, outside processing, and financial integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into operational and application solutions.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, configuration guides, reporting requirements, and testing scripts while applying Oracle Fusion best practices.

Requirements

• Work location: Atlanta, United States.
• At least 8–10 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management solutions.
• Deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cost Management, including data models, cost structures, reporting, and analytics.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, configurations, customizations, and Oracle Cloud planning.
• Experience in large global manufacturing environments with complex, multi-supply-chain structures.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and business-requirements translation skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory, Manufacturing, or Cost Management.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain and manufacturing modules.
