What you will do

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
• Partner with program management and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Design integrations across SAP S/4 or ECC, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud.
• Define enterprise-scale data models, sharing models, and territory or route hierarchies.
• Lead technical design reviews, governance activities, and architecture decision records.
• Provide client-facing technical leadership throughout full Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including 2+ years with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications, or an active path toward both.
• Hands-on experience with Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store objects.
• Deep knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile architecture, synchronization conflict resolution, and performance tuning.
• Strong integration architecture experience with SAP S/4 or ECC, Salesforce Order Management, and Data Cloud.
• Demonstrated client-facing leadership on at least one complete Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.

Nice to have

• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credential.
• Knowledge of Trade Promotion Management and Retail Execution Plus.
• Familiarity with Einstein for Consumer Goods, Data Cloud activation, and CRMA for field analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, or Vlocity.
