Location: Remote home office with field coverage of Cleveland West, Ohio; candidates should live in or near the assigned territory. Travel by car or airplane is required at least 80% of the time. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $102,000–$123,000 base pay annually; target earning potential is $126,000–$148,000 annually.

develops and sells insulin pump systems, automated insulin delivery technology, and related clinical services for people living with diabetes.
What you will do
- Provide clinical education, technical troubleshooting, and product support to patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and diabetes educators.
- Coordinate and deliver patient training for Tandem insulin pump systems and automated insulin delivery.
- Train and certify contracted and non-contracted pump trainers and maintain training documentation.
- Partner with the Territory Manager to develop business plans, generate leads, promote products, and achieve territory sales goals.
- Build professional relationships with healthcare providers and communicate clinical outcomes, product differentiation, and therapy management insights.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, expenses, equipment, and compliance with privacy, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- RN, RD, RPh, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or Board Certified–Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) certification, or eligibility for certification.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating and delivering patient education on diabetes technology; video-based remote education experience is preferred.
- Clinical expertise in diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, automated insulin delivery, diabetes medications, complications, and patient self-management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patients and healthcare professionals, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
- Valid driver’s license, required auto insurance, good driving record, ability to travel at least 80%, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of diabetes or endocrinology industry experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software and video-based patient education.
