What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to meet tight manufacturing tolerances.
• Prepare CAM files from CAD data, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Conduct thorough part inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of shop equipment and production areas.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and solve chronic production issues.
• Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner to guarantee on-time delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in CNC milling or lathe operation, including setup and basic programming.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, CAD/CAM software, and SolidWorks.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments like calipers and height gauges.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
