Salary: $30.38 - $37.50 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to meet strict manufacturing requirements.
• Prepare CAM files based on CAD data, prints, and verbal instructions.
• Conduct thorough part inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance on shop equipment.
• Manage material inventory and organize jobs for on-time delivery.
• Identify solutions for chronic production issues to support daily operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a CNC Milling or Lathe machine operator, including setup and basic programming.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, and CAD/CAM tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and protractors.
• Must meet ITAR citizenship/residency requirements (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, etc.); temporary visas are not eligible.
