Salary: $46.00 - $66.00 per hour

What you will do
- Setup and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers and CMM equipment.
- Develop specialized machining fixtures for complex aerospace components.
- Program CNC equipment both on-line and off-line.
- Prepare machining quotes for internal and external customers.
- Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment and maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS and Quality requirements (ISO 9001, AS9100).
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience specifically with turbo machinery components.
- Expertise in 5-axis CNC and EDM machining of castings, forgings, or 3D printed hardware.
- Strong technical skills in GD&T and reading blueprints.
- Experience with turning/lathes and Heat Resistant Super Alloys (Nickel Alloys).
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Centennial, Colorado facility.
Nice to have
- Experience with SolidCAM, MasterCam, or NX PowerMill.
- Experience with OKUMA and Makino multi-axis CNC equipment.
