What you will do

• Program, setup, and operate CNC Live tool lathes and 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC milling machines.
• Utilize CAM software for programming and interpret complex drawings and blueprints.
• Design and create specialized fixturing and work-holding for complex parts.
• Ensure quality compliance by taking precise measurements with tolerances as low as +/- .0005.
• Operate CNC Waterjets to cut raw stock and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain rigorous documentation to ensure all AS9100 procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 8 years of CNC experience and programming.
• Strong CAD/CAM programming skills with proficiency in Solidworks or Inventor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hollywood, MD.
