What you will do

• Create and edit CNC programs for machining parts using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
• Interpret blueprints, design specifications, and CAD models to develop accurate programs.
• Set up and test CNC machines to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Identify and resolve programming or machining issues during production.
• Maintain quality control standards for all machined components.
• Collaborate with design teams and production staff to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as a CNC programmer or machinist using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
• Proficiency in G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software like Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
• Relevant certifications in CNC programming or machining.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and wear required PPE.
