Location: Hybrid work from one of hirify.global’s hubs in New York City, Miami, or San Francisco

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 base salary, plus equity and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a curated network of senior fraud, identity, and risk leaders.
• Design and run in-person and virtual events that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement.
• Develop strong relationships with community members and facilitate trusted executive conversations.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate emerging threats, attack patterns, and industry insights.
• Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operating system.
• Share insights with marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams to influence decisions, brand impact, strategic accounts, and pipeline.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in community management, events, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences.
• Confident communication skills and comfort engaging senior leaders.
• Strong operational skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and consistent follow-through.
• Proactive, action-oriented approach with a record of delivering initiatives independently.
• Must be located in New York City, Miami, or San Francisco and work in a hybrid setup.
