Salary: $150,000–$185,000 USD annual base salary, with eligible stock options and annual bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Define and execute the web strategy across architecture, navigation, content structure, UX, design, messaging, and regional experiences.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with product marketing, content, design, operations, analytics, and regional marketing teams.
• Manage web projects end to end, including intake, planning, execution, approvals, launches, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor site performance, engagement, traffic, ROI, and conversion using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Develop and oversee A/B and multivariate testing initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and communicate strategy and results to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web, digital marketing, or product management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Experience developing strategy and leading cross-functional alignment for complex digital ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in web analytics, GA4, tag management, dashboards, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools, SEO/SEM principles, user journey analysis, heat maps, click maps, and funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience with agile workflows and tools such as Asana or Jira.
