What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and strategy for assigned commercial functions as the primary point of contact.
• Consult managers on talent assessment, selection, and the full candidate life cycle for critical roles.
• Identify optimal sourcing channels and integrate culture and inclusion elements into the hiring process.
• Increase brand awareness and talent attraction using corporate brand and EVP collateral across social media and job postings.
• Collect and analyze hiring data to provide insights and influence business outcomes for leadership.
• Manage service delivery through direct partnership with outsourced solution providers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid).
• 6+ years of strategic talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong preference for experience within life sciences commercial functions and field sales expansions.
• Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques and innovative sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, mapping, pipeline building).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build support for initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
