What you will do

• Source, recruit, and staff positions across the Acute Care Technology division.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, plan recruiting strategies, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage the candidate experience from pre-application through onboarding, including offers and pre-hire checks.
• Build applicant pipelines through community organizations, colleges, agencies, media, and online channels.
• Develop employer-brand content and train managers on effective recruiting practices.
• Maintain recruiting data, dashboards, job descriptions, postings, and compliance reports.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Allied Health, or Life Sciences.
• 5–7 years of experience as a high-performing HR representative.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Ability to work onsite in Deerfield, Wisconsin, within reasonable commuting distance; relocation is not available.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, including overnight stays.
