What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across the organization.
• Source talent through networks, proactive outreach, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to influence hiring decisions.
• Create a smooth, engaging, and memorable candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Maintain organized ATS updates, contracts, and onboarding support.
• Contribute to TA team culture by sharing best practices and evolving recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Capability to manage 10-20+ open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while remaining collaborative with a global team.
• Must be based in the US (Seattle, Chicago, WA, CA, AZ, CO, NM, or TX)
