What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise GTM roles including AEs, CSMs, and Pre-Sales.
• Drive proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, boolean search, and AI-powered tools to build talent pipelines.
• Implement AI and automation to streamline recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define criteria and align on priorities.
• Develop and manage the talent strategy and hiring plan for all US-based positions.
• Manage candidate records in the ATS and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the high-tech sector.
• Proven track record in recruiting for Enterprise GTM roles (AEs, CSMs, Pre-Sales).
• 3+ years of experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline building from scratch.
• Expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle and negotiating offers.
• Experience tracking recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates) to drive decisions.
• Must be able to commute to the New York office 3 times per week
