Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment searches for client organizations with an accent on candidate sourcing, assessment, engagement, and hiring-leader consultation. Focus on building qualified talent pipelines, using Boolean search and recruitment technology, coordinating offers, and maintaining service excellence and compliance throughout the hiring cycle.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA; hybrid with 2–3 days on-site each week and occasional local hiring events

Salary: $53,709–$65,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead job-scope meetings with hiring leaders and provide market data and search recommendations.
• Review applications, assess qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and determine candidate fit.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing plans using resume databases, networking platforms, Boolean search, referrals, and hirify.global software.
• Engage candidates through phone, email, and social media; communicate opportunities, prepare candidates for interviews, and provide timely status updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, compensation recommendations, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend solutions for difficult searches.

Requirements

• At least two years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Five years of well-rounded recruitment experience is preferred, or two to three years of local recruitment experience in the Nashville area.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and social media tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, talent acquisition practices, and recruiting metrics.
