SAP Supply Chain Architect

TL;DR

SAP Supply Chain Architect (SAP S/4HANA/SAP BTP): Leading end-to-end digital core supply chain transformation programs across procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance with an accent on SAP architecture, operating-model design, and business value creation. Focus on designing transformation roadmaps, advising executives on cloud and integration decisions, and delivering complex SAP-enabled change across the Middle East.

What you will do

• Lead Digital Core Supply Chain transformation programs covering procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Design SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps for greenfield, brownfield, and selective implementation approaches.
• Advise executives on SAP strategy, S/4HANA architecture, cloud versus on-premise deployment, and digital ecosystem integration.
• Guide clients in defining future supply chain operating models, building transformation cases, and supporting rollout and adoption.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, business development, offering development, and senior client relationship management.
• Develop consulting capabilities, intellectual capital, and high-performing delivery teams.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, solution architecture, business transformation, program management, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their digitalization through SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Rise, Grow with SAP, SAP BTP, or cloud-native SAP deployments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and operating successfully in matrix organizations.
• Experience in the Middle East region and knowledge of its market dynamics and client landscape.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement/MM, Plant Maintenance/PM, or Manufacturing/PP.
• SAP BTP certification.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Industry specialization in manufacturing, consumer products and retail, or energy.
