What you will do

• Enable partners on discovery, demos, and solution design for the conversational AI platform.
• Lead technical discovery and validation for partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
• Design scalable, enterprise-ready architectures aligned with customer business outcomes.
• Act as a technical advisor translating platform capabilities into business value for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align go-to-market execution.
• Provide partner and customer insights to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP ecosystems (SAP CX, SAP BTP, or SAP Service Cloud).
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, cloud environments, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in partner models.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in both German and English.
• Must be based in Germany.
