Entry Level Recruiter

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Office-based role with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Create accurate job advertisements and generate quality applications across multiple departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Manage requisitions in applicant tracking and HR information systems.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment events, offers, approvals, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Support employer branding, recruitment compliance, talent market research, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of successful hiring practices.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume recruitment environment.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in recruitment or human resources.
