What you will do

• Create accurate job advertisements and manage recruitment requisitions in ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate career fairs, recruitment events, offers, approvals, and onboarding activities.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing practices and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze talent-market data, monitor industry trends, and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of successful hiring practices.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work in the Cincinnati office environment.
