Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid in Ramsey, New Jersey, USA; in-office Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday

Salary: $77,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements and present strong candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, including iCIMS, and social media tools.
• English is required.
