Recruiter (Industrial Division)

Location: Orange, California, United States; hybrid with onsite attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays; approximately 20% local travel

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and manufacturing positions, from sourcing through placement.
• Create targeted sourcing and outreach strategies for individual requisitions.
• Interview, screen, present, and place candidates while meeting weekly recruiting and start-date KPIs.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, clients, candidates, and local businesses.
• Take job orders, clarify role requirements, market candidates, and grow client accounts.
• Organize local HR and employer-brand awareness events and reactivate dormant accounts.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ownership, urgency, adaptability, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of staffing or sales-related experience.
• Experience maintaining accurate data and tracking information immediately.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and strong understanding of the value of outstanding talent.
