TL;DR

Presales Solution Architect (AWS): Designing and presenting high-level AWS and Amazon Connect solutions for C-Level executives to enhance Customer Experience with an accent on AI-driven architecture and cloud integration. Focus on translating complex technical capabilities into business value and creating comprehensive Statements of Work.

Location: Remote (Must be based in North America)

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions in customer interactions.
  • Design integrated solutions incorporating AWS and other ISV tools such as Verint, PEGA, and Salesforce.
  • Lead technical discovery during the sales cycle and deliver immersive AI/Cloud demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to define technical strategies for opportunity pursuits and territory planning.
  • Develop professional presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) based on customer needs.
  • Guide customers in expanding their use of AWS services, including EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, and EC2.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a Technical Pre-Sales role (Sales Engineer, Solution Architect).
  • 3+ years of specialized expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS.
  • 7+ years of total experience in information technology or application development.
  • Relevant AWS Certifications or Accreditations.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for Customer and Partner meetings.
