Regional Control Tower Manager, APAC (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead APAC Regional Control Tower operations and ensure consistent execution of logistics activities across countries and business units.
• Drive standardized processes, operational governance, best practices, compliance with customer SOPs, contractual obligations, and internal requirements.
• Oversee daily operational performance, workload balancing, regional resource utilization, business continuity, and contingency management.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic regional customers and manage customer relationships, operational reviews, performance presentations, and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, assess operational risks, implement mitigation plans, and lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain standardized regional SOPs and conduct operational governance meetings with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience in regional leadership or people management.
• Proven experience managing strategic multinational customers.
• Strong background in ocean freight operations, transportation management, and regional logistics.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Experience working across multiple APAC countries.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and service governance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Leadership competencies include strategic thinking, customer centricity, operational excellence, decision making, people leadership, coaching and mentoring, change management, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem solving, communication and presentation, and collaboration.
