What you will do
- Lead APAC Regional Control Tower operations and ensure consistent execution of logistics activities.
- Drive standardized processes, operational governance, best practices, and business continuity planning.
- Monitor regional KPIs, SLAs, operational risks, workload balance, and resource utilization.
- Act as the primary operational contact for strategic regional customers and lead MOR and QBR meetings.
- Manage customer escalations, communicate performance results, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Identify service enhancements, process improvements, and opportunities for account expansion.
Requirements
- Experience leading logistics operations across multiple countries and business units.
- Ability to manage customer relationships with logistics, procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of KPI, SLA, SOP, operational risk, and service governance management.
- Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for service failures.
- Strong strategic problem-solving, operational planning, and continuous improvement skills.
