Regional Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Bundang, South Korea; onsite

What you will do

• Develop and implement regional planning strategies, processes, tools, data visualizations, and systems.
• Manage demand forecasts with field service teams and act as the planning focal point for field service and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate with senior managers, technical subject-matter experts, sales, logistics, and other functions.
• Manage funded projects, supporting delivery on time and within budget.
• Track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent regional planning in global processes, manage exceptions, and lead or mentor planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating effectively across functions.
• Strong data analysis skills with Tableau, SQL, Python, or Power BI.
• Ability to solve complex problems, build consensus, and explain difficult or sensitive information.
