Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Location: Xiamen, Fujian, China; onsite

What you will do

• Drive HSE planning, risk assessments, safety training, and compliance with quality and environmental management systems.
• Oversee receiving, storage, kitting, shipment operations, inventory counting, and resolution of discrepancies, damages, and system variances.
• Manage outsourced warehouse service providers, including their safety compliance and daily operations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, facilities, and assets, and recommend infrastructure and technical improvements.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, workflows, systems, service quality, 5S standards, and equipment performance.
• Lead and develop staff, manage performance, support cross-training, and ensure KPI targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with professional knowledge of logistics and warehouse management.
• At least 3 years of logistics management experience in a foreign-owned company.
• Strong data analysis, root cause analysis, risk identification, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience in team performance management and people development.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and warehouse management systems such as WMS/iHouse.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience leading optimization projects with measurable results.
• Experience implementing or optimizing warehouse management systems.
