What you will do
- Coordinate timely and cost-effective transportation of products, materials, and spare parts.
- Prepare shipping documentation, customs declarations, permits, licenses, and certificates for compliant clearance.
- Work with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, and logistics partners to manage requirements, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze transportation costs, routes, and alternative logistics solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
- Respond to customer and internal shipment inquiries and monitor order progress, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
- Coordinate order execution across Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Finance, Order Management, Service, and customers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience coordinating domestic or national transportation and shipment activities.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs declarations, and customs clearance processes.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs authorities, and external logistics partners.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a customer-focused approach.
