hirify.global operates an office in Jakarta supporting logistics services for machine and parts deliveries to customer sites across AMEA.

What you will do

  • Prepare and verify import documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, HS code references, shipping documents, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to classify goods as Lartas restricted/prohibited goods or Non-Lartas goods.
  • Schedule shipments and organize transportation in line with customer service levels and required delivery dates.
  • Collect proof of delivery and FCA export documentation in accordance with applicable Incoterms.
  • Monitor transport service performance, identify issues, and support resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics performance and operational flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field; some positions require at least 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, distribution, shipping and receiving processes, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • English and the local dialect are required.
