What you will do

• Prepare and verify all import documentation including packing lists, commercial invoices, and HS code references.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to classify goods under Lartas or Non-Lartas categories.
• Support import activities and shipment scheduling to meet customer delivery dates.
• Ensure compliance with import and export control regulations.
• Collect proof of delivery and FCA export proofs to mitigate VAT risks.
• Monitor transport service performance and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control, distribution, and shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in English and local dialect required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
