What you will do

• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs, defects, fuel efficiency, and availability.
• Coordinate delivery operations, accident and breakdown management, customer complaint resolution, and billing documentation.
• Review vendor performance, audits, KPIs, SLA compliance, and applicable penalties.
• Support driver training, safety programs, working-hours compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards, BSP requirements, company policies, permits, regulations, and customer procedures.
• Participate in customer meetings and cross-functional initiatives to improve logistics operations.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree.
• Approximately five years of similar work experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work in the field.
