What you will do

• Manage 2,500–3,000 annual purchase orders with global and domestic suppliers.
• Coordinate customs documentation and ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve receipt issues.
• Handle and track complaints regarding quality and logistics issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
