What you will do

• Monitor inbound freight, flight and vessel arrivals, and follow up to ensure timely delivery to consignees.
• Prepare accurate and timely customs declarations and file customs entries when required.
• Ensure shipment paperwork, customs entries, billing, and system data comply with customer requirements and local regulations.
• Meet customs-entry KPIs and comply with Singapore Customs, competent authority, pharmaceutical, and healthcare requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, report shipment discrepancies, and provide solutions or improvement plans.
• Prepare reports, answer calls, and build effective relationships with customers and origin offices.

Requirements

• Singapore citizenship is required.
• Tertiary education with at least one year of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to complete the customs competency test and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
