On-Site International Logistics Specialist - Updated

Location: On-site in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, or Taipei.

What you will do

• Analyze ocean export services, operational data, pricing, costing, productivity, and business processes to recommend improvements.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, hirify.global operations, and other functional groups.
• Lead customer and vendor meetings and coordinate activities to minimize disruption to export cargo flows.
• Participate in process improvement, transition management, problem-solving, crisis support, and business development initiatives.
• Prepare reports and graphics for internal and external customers and provide analytical insights.
• Lead implementation and follow-up for newly onboarded sites or business units and support import/export regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of operational experience in freight forwarding or supply chain within a multinational company are required.
• Ability to learn operational systems and visibility applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to identify improvement opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
• Proficient English language skills.

• Teamwork and leadership experience.
• Ability to speak and read Korean or Japanese.
