On-Site International Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze ocean export operations, business processes, pricing, costing, productivity, and operational performance.
• Lead coordination with customer suppliers, ocean carriers, drayage providers, shipping sites, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and minimize disruption to export cargo flow.
• Lead weekly virtual meetings with customers and vendors and provide analytical support during operational issues or crises.
• Prepare reports, graphics, recommendations, and business insights for internal and external customers.
• Lead implementation and follow-up activities for newly onboarded sites and business units while supporting import/export regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in international logistics, ocean export services, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Strong business and process analysis skills, including the ability to turn operational data into observations and recommendations.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional operations teams.
• Experience supporting process improvement, implementation, transition management, or operational problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate export activities while maintaining import/export regulatory compliance.
