What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across a high-growth technology company.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels using creative outreach.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview loops.
• Manage candidate pipelines across early-, mid-, and late-stage processes while keeping ATS records accurate.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to refine requirements and calibrate candidates.
• Represent the company throughout a high-touch candidate experience and support recruiting-related People team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with multiple parallel openings.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and partner with hiring managers, including Director- and VP-level leaders.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Lever.
